Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Some items ship from overseas partner warehouses, which may extend delivery times during peak periods. Delays occasionally occur due to carrier or customs processing outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
Future Comfort Products LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at futurecomfortproducts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
